Holiday Drive 2012
Collections for this holiday drive were accepted from November 14 - December 9. A few days later the donatons were sorted by many volunteers and delivered to the 70 families being supported this year. The notes of thanks from the families are heartwarming. Thanksgiving Dinners 2012
Again in 2012 T&E Care prepared Thanksgiving dinners for 10 local families at The Kitchen Workshop in Paoli. This food was prepared on the Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving, November 21. We received donations of turkeys, fresh produce, and general foods that can help boost the food supply for these families. MANY thanks to all those individuals and groups who helped with the event. Holiday Dinners 2012
Again this year T&E Care volunteers gathered food for 8 local families for holiday dinners. These dinners were not cooked - we just gathered the items that would be good for a dinner or two (with a few extras) around the holidays. This year we collected the food on December 20-21 at St. Luke Lutheran Church in Devon. MANY thanks to all those individuals and groups who helped with the event.
